ScoreNaute uses the microphone to enable its core feature: voice-controlled scorekeeping. Here's exactly how it works:

🎯 When is the microphone used?
The microphone is only activated when you explicitly tap the microphone button in the app. It is never listening in the background.

🗣️ What happens to your voice?
Your voice is processed instantly and locally on your device to recognize simple commands like "Add 20 to Marie" or "Next round".

❌ No voice recordings are stored
We DO NOT record, store, or save any audio files. Once the command is recognized, the audio is immediately discarded.

🔒 No internet transmission
Voice recognition happens entirely offline on your device. No voice data is ever sent to our servers or any third-party services.

⚙️ You have full control
You can revoke the microphone permission anytime through your device settings. The app will still work, but you'll need to enter scores manually.
Summary: The microphone is only used locally on your device for real-time voice command recognition during active game sessions. No audio is ever recorded, stored, or transmitted.
What Data Do We Collect?
ScoreNaute collects NO personal data. The app runs entirely on your device with no internet connection required.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have full control over your personal data. Since we don't collect any data, there's nothing to worry about! All your information stays on your device and you can delete it at any time.

In line with our commitment to privacy, you have complete and simple control over your data.
To delete all data created in ScoreNaute:

🗑️ Individual deletion:
You can delete players or games directly from the "Players" and "History" screens in the app.

📱 Complete deletion:
Since all data is stored only on your device, uninstalling the app is enough to permanently delete all your information (players, history, statistics).
No data is kept on our servers because there aren't any. Deletion is therefore immediate and complete.
